Changing Demographics – Median Household Income

Changing Demographics – Median Household Income

As one of the great Greek philosophers, Heraclitus, said “the only thing that is constant is change.” Demographic data is an excellent example of this profoundly true statement. At GeoMetrx, we update our datasets as often as new data is available. Our census data is updated annually to reflect the most current projections, while simultaneously maintaining two cycles of 10 year benchmark data, and a 5 year future estimate, for comparison purposes. This provides our customers with three to four reference points allowing them to visualize changing demographics within their territories.

Where have changes occurred? Where will future changes occur? What impact do these changes have on existing territories? Are the territories in balance or should they be realigned? These strategy questions and more can be analyzed both visually and with data rich reports, territory by territory.
